Provides leadership, direction, and management of all aspects of Hospice of Homer. Ensures the mission, goals, and objectives of Hospice are met. Selects, trains, and supervises Hospice staff and volunteers.
College degree appropriate to the responsibilities of this position, skill in organizational management, strong oral and written communication skills, competence in computer technology and fund-raising, ability to manage time efficiently and handle delicate situations.
