Home visits: Usually provided to families and caregivers who have used Hospice of Homer services previously.
Phone Calls: Usually provided to families and caregivers who have used Hospice of Homer services previously.
Hospice volunteers and staff provided one-on-one phone support.
Monthly Mailings: Provided to participants from all parts of the community. Participating community members receive a monthly letter of encouragement that contains educational information about the grieving process. This is a thirteen month program.

- Weekly Walk-in Bereavement/Grief Group
Open to those suffering loss and experiencing bereavement. Meets every Tuesday at 3pm in the Hospice office.
- Ladies’ Gathering
Usually for women who have experienced the loss of a husband and/or partner.
- Widower’s Circle of Friends
For men who have experienced the loss of a wife and/or partner.
Annual Remembrance Circle: Open to the community to honor and remember loved ones.
