Medical Equipment Loan Program

Hospice of Homer has worked in conjunction with South Peninsula Hospital since the late 1990s to provide durable medical equipment to the community. In 2020 HOH received grant funds allowing for the purchase of additional equipment to fill the growing community need. Please contact us if you need anything. Our storeroom includes but is not limited to:

  • Electric/adjustable hospital beds with or without mattresses and rails

  • Adjustable over-the-bed tables

  • Bedside commodes and toilet seat risers

  • Electric and hydraulic lifts

  • Walkers, with and without wheels

  • Seated walkers

  • Wheelchairs and transport chairs

  • Electric lift chairs

  • Electric wheelchairs

  • Knee scooters

  • Shower seats and shower benches

  • Crutches

  • Canes

Our equipment loan program is offered to the community without cost. We only ask that you return the items when you no longer need them.

We also offer disposables such as brief or tape-style incontinence supplies, pads, chux bed pads, and personal hygiene products.
